to surfaces such as stripping, sanding, and reparing as necessary prior to application of paint and decorative finishes. This position has been designated as essential personnel during inclement/ hazardous weather and other emergencies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Apply decorative coating to multiple surfaces following procedures
2. Follow work management procedures
3. Prepares and applies patching, plaster, caulking and other compounds as needed
