2. Perform and complete electronic (SchoolDude) and/or verbal work
requests from supervisors, and other departments as needed.

- assist Campus Planning and design with painting upgrades in
classrooms and offices
- inspect all dorm rooms as needed during RIFs at the end of
school year, complete student damage repairs and charges.
3. To participate in the professional development of the Facilities
Department. This involves:
- promoting an image of efficiency and courtesy throughout the
University.
- participating in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- communicating effectively with supervisor concerning pertinent
university, departmental and other matters.
4. Promote safe and secure working conditions. This involves:
- maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- wearing safety shoes, uniforms and any PPE provided at all
times as appropriate.
- ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and
supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and
environmental practices.
- ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, tools and other related
equipment.
- promoting the proper utilization of equipment and tools,
notifying supervisor immediately of any unsafe working
conditions.
