- Fulltime (with some capacity for flexibility)
- Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Manage and promote a community-focused not-for-profit
St John’s Camberwell is an inclusive church that has been at the Junction for over 160 years. The parish has a strong commitment to sacred music, pastoral care, and community engagement. We are growing our ministry to younger people.
We are looking for someone with management skills to run our day-to-day commercial operations. This includes streamlining and expanding our business operations and overseeing communications within the parish and to a wider audience.

About you
- Proven ability to professionally manage an office, including modernising business operations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capacity including the ability to compellingly articulate the mission of the parish to the public.
- Strong eye for graphic design, and the talent to develop our organisation’s brand. Experienced with programs such as InDesign, Canva, MailChimp, etc.
- Project management skills, including planning, organization, and problem solving.
