Parish Business Manager

Fulltime (with some capacity for flexibility)
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Manage and promote a community-focused not-for-profit

St John’s Camberwell is an inclusive church that has been at the Junction for over 160 years. The parish has a strong commitment to sacred music, pastoral care, and community engagement. We are growing our ministry to younger people.

We are looking for someone with management skills to run our day-to-day commercial operations. This includes streamlining and expanding our business operations and overseeing communications within the parish and to a wider audience.

About you

Proven ability to professionally manage an office, including modernising business operations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal capacity including the ability to compellingly articulate the mission of the parish to the public.
Strong eye for graphic design, and the talent to develop our organisation’s brand. Experienced with programs such as InDesign, Canva, MailChimp, etc.
Project management skills, including planning, organization, and problem solving.
