Part Time Facilities Maintenance Aide

Assists with maintenance duties in and around college owned or operated property as assigned

• Assist Full Time Maintenance staff on specific tasks as assigned.
• Assist with seasonal outdoor upkeep, including mowing grass, trimming, weeding, snow shoveling, salting and cleaning up debris and trash.
• Assist with indoor upkeep, including, setups/teardowns, moves, cleaning up debris/trash.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas.
• Preform general labor as needed.

High School Diploma or GED.
