Key Responsibilities
- Complete appropriate work orders for facility maintenance
- Inspection and preventative maintenance of the facility
- Perform both general and routine maintenance, as well as troubleshoot minor maintenance problems, including but not limited to electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment.

Requirements
- Facilities maintenance experience and knowledge, including plumbing and electrical
- A “get-it-done” attitude and commitment to being a strong team member
- Commitment to prioritizing safety!
Physical/Other Requirements
- Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
- Occasional need to safely operate company vehicle(s) and equipment
- Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, and sitting. May involve some strenuous physical activity.
