Position Title: Part-Time Faculty, Business Law

Department/School: School of Management

Salary/Pay Rate: $1,250 per 1 credit with upward adjustment for years of service at Marist University. Pay may vary depending on credits pertaining to online, graduate, music, or lab courses.

Job Summary: Marist University invites applications for the position of Part-Time Faculty, Business Law for the 2025-2026 Academic year. This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate-level law courses, predominantly LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF BUSINESS, BUS 382N.

Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor

Essential Functions: The Part-Time Faculty, Business Law will be guided by a syllabus set for the course. Selected finalists will be responsible for delivering content, assessing learning, and maintaining active communication with students.
