Part-Time Faculty: Chemistry AY 26/27
Overview
The Department of Chemistry and Physical Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences of Quinnipiac University invites applications for part-time faculty to teach entry level on-ground lab courses in general Chemistry for academic year 2026-2027.
Openings are in day-time sections teaching the following courses: General Chemistry I Lab (CHE110L) and General Chemistry II Lab (CHE111L).
Responsibilities
- Openings are in day-time sections teaching the following courses: General Chemistry I Lab (CHE110L) and General Chemistry II Lab (CHE111L).
- Post assignments and assessments and manage grades through Blackboard.
Education Requirements
A minimum of an MS degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.
Qualifications
- Relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching.
- Experience in the use of instructional technologies, especially Blackboard.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
