St Charles Community College participates in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XVI athletics. The Part time Head Coach - Softball position is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the softball program, supervision of assistant coaches, oversight and development of team schedules, potential student-athlete recruitment, and other duties as assigned. This position supervises the Assistant Softball Coach and reports to the Athletic Director.
