Required Qualifications
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree in a
healthcare-related field (required; level dependent on course
taught).
- Current licensure/certification in relevant discipline (e.g.,
RN, CMA, CNA, LPN, RT, etc.).
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent, hands-on clinical
experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred (but not always
required).
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal
skills.
- Proficiency with instructional technology or willingness to
learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching adult learners or in a
postsecondary setting.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with hybrid, online, or simulation-based
instruction.
