Candidates should be prepared to address both sociocultural contexts and musical structure, and to situate music within broader trends in 20th century art and entertainment, technology, and cultural history. · Education: Ph.D. in appropriate discipline preferred; ABD will be accepted. · Experience: Demonstrated excellence in college-level teaching · Pedagogy & Technology: Command of instructional technology alongside evidence of creative pedagogical practice reflecting knowledge of current methodologies and curriculum innovation.
