Job Summary:
The applicant will participate in experiments involving cell biology, molecular biology, and immunohistochemistry using a mouse model of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, one of the most common kidney diseases in young adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- DNA and RNA purification
- Genotyping
- Protein analyses
- Cell culture
- Staining cells and tissues
- Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
- Managing transgenic and knockout mouse colonies
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.
