This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones and responding to general inquiries in the housing email inbox for our multiple welcome desk locations.
Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out and orientations.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position will be Midnight to 8am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Functions
