Education/Training/Work Experience:
•High School diploma or GED required with 2 years work related experience required OR
•Associate’s degree may be preferred
•Proficiency in computer skills
•Excellent communication, both written and oral
•Excellent customer service skills
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
•Knowledge of appointment scheduling software and data processing
•Customer service experience
