Patient Administrator
The role
The role involves the management of student patient appointments, including bookings along with reminder calls of appointments pending and the management of the patient waiting list.
What will you be doing?
- Be responsible for the patient appointment ‘lifecycle’, from registering referrals on the patient administration system, to booking appointments, carrying out reminder calls and managing the student patient waiting list following local booking rules and procedure
- Be the first point of contact for patients, students nurses, clinical and other administrative staff in relation to the coordination of clinics, management of waiting lists and booking patients.
You should apply if

- You are adaptable and able to deliver high quality, efficient and effective clinical administrative support
- You have strong computer skills, email communications, Microsoft packages (full training will be given on the specific systems)

- Salary: £24,685 - £26,093 per annum – pro-rata
- School/Unit: Dental School
- Shift pattern: 35 hours per week
