Payroll & HRIS Analyst

The Opportunity

Are you a proactive, analytically-oriented and technologically savvy administrator? Triangle Fastener Corporation (TFC) is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Pittsburgh, PA! The Payroll & HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Triangle Fastener Corporation’s Payroll, HRIS data, and reporting functions.

Essential Functions/Duties 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Take control of biweekly payroll, including the accurate recording of monthly commission entries to ensure smooth end-to-end payroll cycle

Skills & Abilities:

Ideal Background of Successful Candidates:

Required

Preferred

Experience

3+ years of prior experience in a payroll specialist position, or related position

Experience in running payroll for a multi-state organization including hourly, salaried, and incentive pay processing

Human Resource administrative position experience 

Experience serving as a lead admin or superuser of ADP Workforce Now

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field

Licenses/ Certifications

CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification

Additional Skills/Notes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Be willing to maintain full-time in-office presence

Experience in Workday or other HRIS/ERP systems
