Job Description
This position is for Office of Professional & Continuing Education (PCE).
- Product and Business Model DevelopmentDevelop detailed business models and implementation plans for key PCE initiatives, including enterprise partnership programmes and sector-level capability development initiatives.
- Translate strategic concepts into structured, executable product designs, including value proposition, delivery model, and operating approach.
- Pilot Design and ImplementationDesign and execute pilot projects with enterprise and sector partners to test new PCE concepts.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of pilots, including stakeholder engagement, programme design, and execution.
- Scaling and OperationalisationCapture insights and learning from pilots and engagements.
- Develop enabling frameworks, processes, and structures required to scale successful initiatives into sustainable offerings.
- Market and Industry InsightsConduct market research and needs analysis across industries, enterprises, and learners.
- Generate insights to inform product design, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement and AlignmentWork closely with SMUA, ExD, Schools, and central units to co-develop and implement initiatives.
- Engage external stakeholders (enterprises, government agencies, partners) to support pilot development, validation, and scaling.
- Support Transformation InitiativesSupport the Deputy Director (PCE) in broader transformation efforts, including portfolio rationalisation, curriculum development, and organisational initiatives across PCE units.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree with at least 8 years of work experience.
- Experience in strategy development, business planning, or product development
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and execution of complex initiatives.
- Understanding of capability development, skills frameworks, or adult learning preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
