Activities and context
The research will focus on the development of biomimetic nanosystems based on cell membranes for the treatment of glioblastoma, exploring immunomodulation strategies to improve therapeutic targeting and antitumor efficacy. The fellow will conduct activities involving the culture and processing of tumor cells and T lymphocytes, the development and optimization of biomimetic nanosystems for drug delivery, as well as physicochemical and morphological characterization using techniques such as DLS, NTA, AFM, TEM, SEM, and Raman spectroscopy, and in vitro assays to evaluate the developed systems.
Mandatory requirements
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Science, Chemistry, or related fields;
- Experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials, cell culture, 3D culture, characterization of nanomaterials using spectroscopic techniques, and the development of biomimetic systems;
- Knowledge of chemistry, cellular and molecular biology, and immunology.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,570.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
