(Schedule requires flexibility - depending on needs for coverage)Key Job Responsibilities:- Performs routine food preparation activities such as portioning, chopping food, and serving food to customers
- Greets customers, answers questions, and provides basic information regarding food preparation and associated activities
- Prepares a variety of basic dishes such as sandwiches and salads, and assists in the preparation of more complex dishes
- Assists and guides student workers
- Adheres to federal, state, and local food safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Cleans, inspects, and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas

Compensation:$17.00
- Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked (6pm-6am).
- Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked.
- Plus Time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated legal holidays.
Required Qualifications: 3 month work experience
Preferred Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma - Preferred
