The Senior Coordinator also provides analytical and technical support for institutional research projects, surveys, accreditation, grants, and strategic initiatives, working closely with the appropriate College staff to identify research opportunities and resolve data issues. The Senior Coordinator, Research and Reporting reports to the Associate Vice President, Institutional Research and Enterprise Solutions.
This is an exempt position requiring 37.5 hours per week on-site at the Pensacola campus. The selected candidate may be required to perform work outside the normal schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline from an institution that holds accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in quantitative or qualitative research, data collection, statistical analysis, reporting, and/or analysis of large longitudinal datasets.
Familiarity with a variety of data analytics tools and statistical software packages such as SAS. Experience with Workday ERP systems for data extraction and reporting. Experience with organizational, state, and federal data reporting and validation processes, as well as proficiency with Tableau or Power BI dashboard software.
SALARY RANGE: $48,300.00 - $53,300.00
