Job Description
People Operations Generalist (Gulfport, FL): Manage and develop effective processes and training for staffing, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, events and wellness. Assist with HR technologies. Serve as point of contact for employee benefits and relations inquiries. Manage employment processes for staff, faculty, adjuncts, and student employment.
Requires: Bachelors in Human Resource Management & 2 years experience as HR Specialist in employment processing with a college / university.
