Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Complete required inspection reports, mileage logs, and operational documentation.

Report accidents, incidents, maintenance issues, and safety concerns.

Coordinate travel schedules with program administrators and faculty.

Ensure compliance with University policies and motor vehicle regulations.

Represent Salve Regina University professionally at community events and partner locations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required :

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet University driver qualification and insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely operate large vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle.
• Enter and exit the vehicle multiple times during a shift.
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred :

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience operating buses, motorcoaches, commercial vehicles, large RVs, or specialty vehicles.
• Experience supporting educational, healthcare, or community outreach programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
