Dealcoholized wines represent a growing alternative in the beverage market, contributing to the reduction of alcohol consumption. However, they are still not well defined within consumer preferences. The research aims to analyze the factors influencing perception and acceptance, with a focus on consumption contexts, attitudes, sensory liking, and communication and positioning strategies
