PhD in Law and Security

A complex of issues that, although traditional and precisely because it is traditional, deserves to be constantly reconsidered with all the cognitive tools proper to the jurist, but, first and foremost, according to the general perspectives offered by philosophy and history.

Along with the general theory aspect, the doctorate intends to emphasise a second, more specialised aspect.

Although, for the aforementioned reasons, the security problem is, more than connected, intimately connected to law without any other qualification, there are areas of legal experience that make this connection quite explicit.
