You will use high-resolution micro-CT, histology, and quantitative image analysis on established animal models of heart failure, developing reproducible computational workflows to characterize periodontal remodelling in collaboration with cardiovascular researchers, pathologists, and imaging scientists.
Looking for: MSc in Biomedical Imaging, Medical Physics, Biophysics, Physics, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Image analysis/tomography experience required; programming skills (Python, MATLAB, Fiji/ImageJ) and AI/ML experience a plus.
