Project Overview: The aim of this PhD is to investigate RAM formulation chemistry of polyol binders (HTPB) and isocyanates for optimization of formulation (pot life) and product mechanical properties for application in solid rocket propellants. Essential and Desirable Criteria: 1 or 2.1 degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects. Must be UK citizen.
