Your Role on the Team
Position Summary: The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
What It Takes to be Successful
Required Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed physical therapist
- If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

- Basic Life Support
