"Physician Assistant Medicine Part-Time Instructor Pool 2025-2026"

The Department of Physician Assistant Medicine in the College of Natural and Health Sciences at The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in our DMSc program.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing courses including completion of syllabi, online lecture presentations and student assessment rubrics in anticipation of providing student instruction/assessment and remedial education in the classroom.
• Providing regular opportunities for meeting times for students.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Doctoral Degree, MD/DO or clinically relevant degree and clinical expertise in fundamentals of medicine.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer. The part time instructional faculty are supervised by the PA Program Director.
