- Single-site practice-no traveling between facilities
- Full-time schedule of 172 shifts annually (approximately 14 shifts per month) with 8-8.5 patient-facing hours per shift

Compensation
Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary plus a significant productivity and departmental performance distribution, resulting in a competitive total compensation package.
