Salary Range Salary and benefits will be based on the collective bargaining agreement between Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) and the State of Minnesota. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Salary min: $51,303 / Salary max: $71,893*(Column max: $94,542)* Existing faculty would keep their current salary or candidates with higher education levels could be placed higher in the salary range. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree with a major in Physics or Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in Physics. Preferred Qualifications Experience serving a culturally, ethnically/racially, economically, and linguistically diverse college community. Experience teaching courses in general, electrical, and mechanical engineering topics. Teaching experience at the community/technical college level or demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision, and values of community and technical colleges. Experience in course design and teaching in at least two or more of the following instructional modalities: face-to-face in the classroom, hybrid (online and face-to-face), online synchronous or online asynchronous. Experience in teaching with active and/or experiential learning strategies. Experience in assessment of student learning that includes a variety of summative and formative strategies. Evidence of active and continuous professional development. Terminal degree in Physics or related discipline.
