Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include the design and installation of various plumbing and mechanical systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, infrastructure, and HVAC systems, as well as pump repairs, water treatment for closed loops, utility locates, and backflow prevention. Collaborates with clients, project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure proper installation and operation of facility systems.
Work Location:
On-site – This role is expected to work on-site and is at the Anschutz Campus in Aurora, Colorado.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Three years of progressively responsible plumbing experience in
a construction or combination construction and maintenance and
repair environment.
- Substitution: Successful completion of a formalized plumbing
apprenticeship program, or higher level, non-correspondence
coursework in the same fields from an accredited vocational school
or university may substitute for the experience on a year-for-year
basis.
