Essential Job Duties

• Provide support by repairing/replacing various types of plumbing. Replace and or repair facets, urinals, toilets and sinks.
• Install drain lines. Service and maintain all ice machines and water softeners. Will be responsible to keep accurate records on replacement of filters on all water softeners, and ice machines.
• Under the direction of the Director of Physical Plant, run water lines when required. This may include soldering of cooper piping and or braising.
• Provide maintenance and or repairs of “boilers”, water heaters, water softeners and booster pumps, water treatment and steam Generators.
• Provide maintenance on all Air and Vacuum lines.
• Will be required to maintain and service all sump pumps.
• Prepares and follows a plumbing maintenance schedule, processing Service Requests on a timely basis.
• Other duties as assigned
