Responsibilities

• Performs complex journey-level work to diagnose defects, install, repair, and maintain piping, all plumbing, and gas systems with a high degree of quality and efficiency
• Coordinates the work of multiple trade disciplines in large/complex projects
• Keeps abreast of current codes and industry changes within the trade
• Ensures work is completed on time and within the established budget
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities without direction or oversight
