Description:
The Department of Humanities at Columbia College seeks an adjunct (part-time) instructor to teach HIST 121: American History to 1877 during the Spring 2026 semester. The class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m. beginning Tuesday, 13 January. This is an in-seat, synchronous, general education class taught on our home campus in Columbia, Missouri.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in History, with significant graduate work in U.S. history content. College teaching experience preferred.
