Post Doc - Open Rank
We are seeking immediate post-doctoral positions in Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative diseases, by using stem cell models and genomic approaches.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Genetics, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, or Related Discipline.
- Skilled in conventional molecular methods such as quantitative methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of gene expression (qPCR, ddPCR, Southern, Northern and Western blotting), gene cloning;
- Experience culturing mammalian cell culture;
- Some experience in culturing and differentiation of human iPSC is desirable, but not an absolute prerequisite;
- Experience conducting genome editing (CRISPR), flow cytometry/FACS.
- Experience with NGS library preparations, including for single-cell transcriptomics.
- Ability to compile and analyze data using standard statistical methods.
