"Post-Doc Research Associate"

Position Summary/Description

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will assist with developing and directing innovative professional development programs for 500 biomedical graduate students and 350 postdoctoral trainees. It will assist, plan and host TIBBS career panels, workshops, and networking events. Support TIBBS Career Cohorts with event planning. Help with communication and outreach to the research trainee community. Contribute to the development and maintenance of career resources. Advice individuals on career options. Assist with grant writing efforts to support outreach and educational initiatives. Assist with ongoing publications efforts around education research and training initiatives.

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will play an integral role in program evaluation, working collaboratively with the evaluation team. Key responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to support continuous improvement. It will actively contribute to scientific writings, contributing to manuscripts for publication and the preparation of presentations for dissemination at national conferences and meetings.

Education and Experience

PhD in a Biomedical field.
