About the Job

Research: The research will focus on developing a quantitative and predictive understanding of the mechanisms and phenomena underlying unconventional superconductivity.

Job duties: 70%: Research; 10% Supervision of graduate students and/or undergraduates participating in relevant research; 10% Communicating research to the broader community by writing papers, submitting them for publication in peer-reviewed journals, giving presentations at universities and laboratories, and presenting results at domestic and international conferences; 10%: Other duties of a similar scope as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Physics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with superconductivity research.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $61,008 to $65,000, depending on education/qualifications/experience. Please visit the Benefits for Postdoctoral Candidates website for more information regarding benefit eligibility.
