The project is highly collaborative and involves interactions with researchers from academia, a leading applied research organization, and industry. Required qualifications - PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field - Strong background in solid mechanics - Experience in computational micromechanics of materials - Experience with machine learning methods Preferred qualifications - Extensive experience with modern machine learning tools and techniques - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present research in group meetings, project reviews, and conferences CV required along with the names and contact information of at least two references.
