Department: Computer Science Engineering ASE

Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related areas with a strong background in AI/ML/CV.

Job Description: The School of Computing is currently offering excellent postdoctoral opportunities in computer vision, deep learning, remote health monitoring, and environmental surveillance systems. Research at the school bridges disciplines like machine learning, embedded systems, sensor-driven analytics, and real-time video processing, with a focus on real-world applications in areas such as forest monitoring, precision agriculture, and human-centered AI systems.

Research Area: Computer Vision and Video Analytics, Remote Health Monitoring using Deep learning techniques (e.g., rPPG), Deep Learning for Environmental and Wildlife Surveillance, Edge AI and Embedded Systems, Interdisciplinary AI for Agriculture and Sustainable Development
