"Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) under Visvesvaraya Scheme"

Indian Institute of Technology Patna is offering one post of Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) under Visvesvaraya Scheme to attract highly motivated bright scientists and engineers to carry out advanced research. This is a temporary position.

Qualifications: The applicant must be an Indian citizen, have obtained a PhD degree from a recognized university with first class in all preceding levels, completed PhD within the past 5 years, not from the same institution, under 40 years of age, and submit a research proposal with clear objectives. Applicants in regular employment are not eligible.

Duration: 1 year.

Fellowship Grant: Rs. 1,08,393 per month, with travel support up to Rs. 2,10,000 (with prior approval).

Job Location: Patna, Bihar.
