Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) and the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research are actively recruiting post-doctoral scientists for NIH-supported training in the area of gene, cell, and molecular therapy for blood disorders.

Applicants who are interested should contact Dr. Roland Herzog by email (rwherzog@iu.edu). Requirements are PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent doctorate degree, US citizenship or US residency. Areas of research include but are not limited to viral vector development, novel gene editing tools, gene therapy for hemophilia, bone marrow failure diseases, gene editing of blood cells, hematopoietic stem cell gene transfer/editing, cardiovascular disease, CAR-T/Treg/NK cell engineering, leukemia/blood cancer therapies, among others.
