Activities and context: The Mackenzie Center for Research in Childhood and Adolescence at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (São Paulo, Brazil) is seeking candidates for a post-doctoral position within a study of mother-infant neural, cardiac and behavioral synchrony. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of Prof. Ana Osório and is expected to oversee and conduct the collection of fNIRS (mother-infant hyperscanning) and observational data; advanced data analyses and the preparation of scientific publications.
Mandatory requirements: PhD in a field related to the study (obtained within the last 7 years), experience in neuroimaging data collection and analysis, publications in indexed journals, and fluent English.
Desirable requirements: Experience with fNIRS, child development assessments, and/or parenting.
