Offer Description
New technologies in electrical distribution networks.
- design of new components for medium-voltage distribution systems, with a focus on special transformers and power semiconductor technologies;
- mathematical modelling, development of FEM models (preferably using Ansys), and simulations, particularly in the areas of electromagnetics, power losses, etc.; evaluation, verification, and optimization of the proposed designs;
- mathematical modelling of power semiconductor systems and distribution networks using MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS; simulation-based verification of the complete system, including interactions between individual components (transformers, power converters) under both normal and fault conditions of the electrical grid;
- publication of research results.
