Offer Description
Activities and context: The aim of this project is to analyze problem formulation and theorization in communities, with a strong emphasis on territorial immersion and the active involvement of community members. The fellow will be responsible for the literature review, collection and analysis of primary data, development of field reports, and analysis of the problems identified together with the other researchers (phases 1 and 2). The fellow will also work on the creation and training of managers, assist in the process of immersing professionals in the reality of the community, and lead the writing of articles.
Mandatory requirements: PhD in Business Administration or related fields, obtained within the last 7 years; theoretical background in strategy and organizations (prior studies on stakeholders will be valued); experience with the collection and coding of qualitative data; fluency in Portuguese.
Desirable requirements: Experience conducting field interviews, coding, and analyzing qualitative information, especially in the context of vulnerable territories and populations. Experience managing the interface between organizations and public policy. All applications are welcome. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,570.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
