• Research Activities: Lead and/or collaborate on innovative research projects in nursing science, specifically in biopsychosocial aspects of mental health, acute/chronic and pain related conditions, including sickle cell disease.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Design and implement data collection strategies, including qualitative and quantitative methods, surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Analyze data using appropriate statistical or thematic analysis methods.
• Dissemination of Findings: Present research findings at national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. Prepare research reports, academic papers, and other scientific publications.
