"Postdoctoral Associate (Wang Lab)"

Description

Dr Wang's lab is seeking a postdoctoral associate with a background in Physics or Mathematics who has strong research experience in the areas of machine learning and computational neuroscience. The successful candidate is expected to carry out theoretical research on learning in a connectome-based model of large-scale multiregional cortex, and play an important role in collaborations with experimentalists.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $62,500- $75,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Qualifications

Ph.D in computational neuroscience or related field.
