3D Systems Packaging Research Center
The Georgia Tech 3D Systems Packaging Research Center (PRC) focuses on advanced electronics packaging and system integration. The center conducts research and education in all aspects of packaging that includes design, materials, process, assembly, thermal management, and integration driven by applications, which include high performance computing, AI, automotive, wireless, and space.
Job Summary
Perform research on Packaging Research Center(PRC) consortium projects and PRC center-wide projects, help with the preparation of monthly updates, mentor students, and help transition knowledge between former and new PRC students. You will train new PRC students in the lab on semi-additive patterning process.
Required Qualifications
A doctoral degree in Engineering or related fields.
