Activities and context: The scholarship recipient will develop a culinary skills training program focused on preparing regional recipes for Solidarity Kitchen menus, utilizing food sourced from producers and donations. The aim is to contribute to the specific objective of developing an educational framework—grounded in the Food and Nutrition Education Framework, the GAPB and PNSAN guidelines, and culinary skills—that encourages the preparation of regional recipes based on food supplied by the producer network and donations for Solidarity Kitchen menus.
Mandatory requirements: PhD in Science, Public Health, or Nutrition. Undergraduate degree in Nutrition. Experience with Food and Nutrition Education, Public Policy, and Dietetic Techniques or Culinary Techniques.
Desirable requirements: Experience with cooking workshops, the Food and Nutritional Education Framework, with the development and validation of tools/materials and the Marguerez Problematization Arc is desirable.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,570.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
