SCOPE

YOUR TASKS
- Discover and understand high-temperature superconductors
- Operation and maintenance of molecular beam epitaxy equipment
- Characterization of physical properties by other experimental techniques in the institute
- Analysis and summarizing experimental results
- Presentation of experimental discoveries in scientific journals and international conferences
- Working in collaboration with PhD students and research technicians
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed university degree and PhD in the field of physics or chemistry
- Ability to work in the team and at the interdisciplinary level
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Background knowledge in quantum condensed matter physics, with an emphasis on superconductivity
- Hands-on experience in thin film deposition, molecular beam epitaxy in particular, is preferred
- Experience in characterizing physical properties of thin films is preferred
