About These Opportunities
We are eagerly seeking two Postdoctoral Research Fellows, with expertise in cancer research and immunology, to join the Wainwright laboratory at the Frazer Institute. We are specifically looking for researchers who have a passion for discovery research and translating that research into clinical applications. Work with us to create real change, and we’ll help you get the best start to your academic career at one of Australia’s leading universities!
The Wainwright laboratory focuses on using genomic, genetic and cell biology approaches to understand the causes of paediatric brain cancers and develop new therapies. With the recent establishment of an mRNA vaccine trial to treat paediatric brain cancer by our laboratory and colleagues we continue to generate new knowledge to improve this particular therapeutic approach. These positions present an exciting opportunity for early career researchers to discover and apply new treatment paradigms.
