Duties and Responsibilities
- We are seeking a postdoc to work on implementing, maintaining, and analyzing the data from two new flux towers in North Carolina designed to measure fluxes of nitrogen gas (N2O, NOx, and NH3) in agricultural settings using the flux-gradient technique.
- The postdoc will work closely and under the supervision of Dr. Camilo Rey-Sanchez from the Department of Atmospheric Sciences and Dr. Alex Woodley from the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, and will be part of a larger team of scientists working on the Agricultural Nitrogen Use Efficiency Initiative project funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the Foundation for Food and Agricultural Research in the US.
